I had read about the Associated Press study from this past weekend already:
IBC’s total includes a figure of at least 3,240 civilian deaths published this week by the Associated Press news agency, which was based on a survey of 60 Iraqi hospitals from March 20 to April 20, when the fighting was declining.
And while that’s the lowball confirmed number (if it rises to 10,000, that certainly doesn’t hurt my point)…doesn’t that mean that more civilians were killed than were in 9/11, where the death toll just ended slightly under 3,000?
Good thing our war was “justified”, right?
