Core

• User privacy level is now fully exposed. Users can set themselves to one of four privacy levels. Privacy levels either show all site functions, or block access to functions that show other users. This allows users to wall themselves off from the rest of the site for the purposes of focusing on their own play. Privacy levels also dictate the default privacy for new song data.
• HTML cleaned up on nearly every page, and all XHTML compliant. Page headers also fixed.
• Previous FC/PC implemented on course scores.
• Extremely preliminary support for friends bypassing privacy values on your scores. Implementation will be finished in the coming weeks.
