November 2nd, 2000: beatmaniaIIDX 3rd style released.
March 29th, 2001: beatmaniaIIDX 4th style -new songs collection- released.
August 30th, 2001: beatmaniaIIDX 5th style -new songs collection- released.
July 18th, 2002: beatmaniaIIDX 6th style -new songs collection- released.
September 27th, 2003: Konami announces that they are considering making beatmaniaIIDX 7th style after over a year of hiatus. To proceed, players would have to fill out 10,000 questionnaires.
October 22nd, 2003: 10,000 questionnaires are filled out.
November 27th, 2003: Pre-orders begin for beatmaniaIIDX 7th style. Konami announces they must receive at least 20,000 pre-orders to release the game.
December 25th, 2003: beatmaniaIIDX 7th style is officially announced.
May 13th, 2004: beatmaniaIIDX 7th style released in limited quantities from Konamistyle.
August 5th, 2004: beatmaniaIIDX 7th style released normally due to overwhelming demand.
November 18th, 2004: beatmaniaIIDX 8th style released.
March 24th, 2005: beatmaniaIIDX 9th style released.
November 17th, 2005: beatmania IIDX 10th style released.
March 29th, 2006: beatmania (American version) released.
May 18th, 2006: beatmaniaIIDX 11 IIDX RED released.
